There will be a transition to a younger team over the next few years. Orlov is gone. Burns likely gone... we will replace him with a MUCH younger and spry 34 year old Erik KarlssonI think it's what they do with those assets now.
Slavvin and Aho get a year older not that they aren't in there prime. But it's another year wasted. Hopefully all the youth they have really help them the next few years.

Nikishin and Morrow added to the blueline along with young forwards in Jarvis, Stankoven, Blake and remember that Svech and Kotkaniemi are still only 25. Even with Aho and Slavin getting older it going to be a young team overall.
