He won't win a cup with the Lefs. You can take this to the bank.

Disco Dan had a final and won a cup with the Penguins yet nobody ranks him.

This seems like a perfect hypothetical for ChatGPT.

I doubt even many Leafs fans imagine the legacy of Craig Berube winning a cup with the Leafs (and St. Louis.) I couldn't care less who the coach is if the Leafs ever win a cup.

Why would a fan of any other team even think about this hypothetically to offer an opinion?

Sorry, but I think in this case you deserve the jokes.

Berube was the man to end the great St. Louis drought which was impressive by itself. No coach aside from Scotty Bowman has ever won a cup coaching different teams.

In the context of ending the largest and second largest cup droughts in the league with a separate teams, what would that do for his legacy as a coach? Is that enough to shoot him up into the all time lists with the greats given how significant of an accomplishment that would be in the history of the game and potentially all of sports?
He would surpass all of the greatest sporting icons in the history of sport and could quite possibly rank above the likes of Einstein and Banting/Best for greatest human beings of all time, just shy of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
