When I realized I was openly talking about video games and wearing shirts with anime characters on it, I realized I was no longer in my prime

When I had a group of friends I used to always chill with and one day they posted a pic on facebook at one of their birthdays and the whole group of friends was there but me. Also one of my best friends was there which pissed me off seeing how not even he had mentioned a thing

I remember this moment for me.

I have 2 cousins who are 14 and 16 years younger than me. I was the cool cousin as they were growing up, and we really only saw them a handful of times each year. But then we had a family gathering, I said something that they would have usually found funny, and they both looked at me with the most hilarious looks of teenage angst on their faces.

I looked at their mom and we both burst out laughing because we immediately realized that I'm not cool to them anymore.
