What a very nice display of power from our brave team Finnish Lions! Scoring the decisive goal only a few seconds before the ending whistle, when the opposive Slovaks were leading 0-2 in the beginning period, it shows that we have one of the best coaches and very good mental cants! Thats incrsdible. Keep Slovakia to 2 shots when it matters. What is team? Sweden can only hope to see similar in the future. Maybe Hallam will be the difference.

Oh comon ffs. We're finally competetive with good offensive hockey and that's a systematic signature of the coaching team. Sure there is room for improvement, but if you can't see it iteratively being better every year then get some eyewash.

What a game! Slovakia was a very good opponent! Scary good kids you have Slovakia! A true hockey power in a few years! If Finland didn’t have Anttila, we would be out now. Really glad that we got through though, as I still have the chance to get my childhood dream realized, which is watching Finland win the world championships gold and being myself there live. I have the tickets to the final, just need the Finnish boys to do it. I trust in you guys! It will happen!!!

Slovakia had the 1st period they wanted; played a brave game. Finland was reminiscent of Canada earlier today, maybe even more machine-like. They just kept grinding it out. Well-deserved win for Finland and I hope Slovakia continues to build on their great results this year.
