Speculation: What's up with Roslovic?

He's not going to be a huge difference maker, but would seem like a decent add for a team needing a reasonably priced 3/4C with a bit of offense and some versatility. (Looking at you, Kevyn Adams.)

Wondering why this guy isn't signed. Does his agent have unrealistic demands?

For one... he's not a center. He needs to be on the wing. Second, he's got a pretty big ego and a bit immature still so he probably thinks he's getting close to what he made previously. He'll sign somewhere for around $2.5 or under I suspect. His price is likely set too high at the moment.

Day one of UFA season teams tend to look for more impactful players who can help their team win. They also look for niche depth players who will fill out a bottom six role and kill penalties or play a physical game.

Roslovic is more of a third liner who is not really good at any particular thing. He is a depth player and is someone who will be signed eventually but is not a high priority for most teams.

He's a 1 year 1M kind of player right now. Will need to build up his value and perform better this season if he wants any real money.

His puck carrying ability was very noticeable and refreshing at first, and there were glimpses of it throughout his tenure but that's about it. Just kinda sucks at everything else and could never turn a good entry or rush into anything.
