The Prospect's Challenge is over and training camp starts THIS week! While "What's Bruin" has been around for ME for a number of years, this iteration has been around for a short while.

1) to all who have been watching, both seasoned and new viewers, THANK YOU for the support. you all make it so much fun to keep doing these shows!

2) PLEASE let us know what you want more and less of!

As next week will mark an official transition into Season 5 with The Dom(dot) Hockey Podcast on Sunday evening, know that the two shows will be working in tandom with each other to keep you up to date on EVERYTHING regarding the Boston Bruins and everyone within the organization.

While I am new here to HF Boards - and WILL be on here much more during the upcoming season and as I get used to the platform - you're probably quite familiar with my esteamed co-host @DominicT on here.

We look forward to further connecting with all you hockey and Boston Bruins fans! We look forward to seeing you in our comments sections!!!

You guys are my favourite bruin show for reliable quality content. Plus you do it on the fly. Keep it up! Dave from Niagara

I would like to hear more about the following players...What is it they can bring to the bruins that is missing. Why have they not reached regular NHL playing time? Comparisons?

Nelson
Tufte
Viel

In addition, who do you see the bruins inking? All had solid prospect challenge showing.

Adam Mechura, Carlin Dezainde, Jake Sloan, Lucas Romeo, Charlie Hilton

Love the show. I would enjoy a deep dive on Oscar Jellvik. I think he is a really exciting player and could have a long career with Boston if all goes well. I think he is a modern two-way Swedish forward who can drive, make plays and force turnovers. BC has been such a great fit for him. While he is "smallish" he seems much stronger and thicker now. How far off is he?

My bad replace reality with facts and common sense.
What facts? Im just trying to learn something new I didn't already hear or read from other outlets.

Again I don't know what his credentials are or what he knows that's any different than any fan of the team.

Dom I get.

If you get Dom you should get what I’m saying. Chris adds flavour to the show. Chris is good at navigating the podcast, antagonizing (in a fun way) Dom. Chris sometimes plays the everyday fan and Dom jumps in with the common sense. I sometimes see Chris as the anxious student and Dom the professor keeping him in check. LOL. Love the show.

What are you saying? "A must listen...Dom and Chris talk reality"

That's a pretty powerful quote leads one to believe they said something we didn't already know.

Just what I thought

A word of caution here. As always been stick to what was discussed. Anything of a personal nature will be regarded as flaming since both Chris & Dom are both members of this site. No different than *you*.
Sorry that wasnt my intention, was just seeing what I was missing when someone says its a must listen. Maybe some insider rumor mill stuff.

Pod is good. Listen to every one. I would just say that it can be a bit distracting when you’re reading comments from Court Lalonde or whoever over and over during it. I think there’s a place for user comments just not as much or when it keeps Dom from making a point. Just a bit of constructive criticism.

And not sure what it is but still getting that scratchy sound on Spotify.

Dave - appreciate the kind words. Hopefully you've been tuning into our corresponding Monday show: Dom(dot) Hockey The Podcast. We discuss all of the prospects in the organization.

Just curious, what are they saying that others haven't said before? Reality?

sometimes it's not about saving something "others haven't said before" sometimes it's providing a perspective. however - SOMETIMES we provide actual facts. One example of this has been the fact that the Bruins waiting to put Hampus Lindholm on LTIR - so many other people and pods were complaining it wasn't done soon. Not one other podcast that I listen to (and I listen to A LOT of them) ever once mentioned that they were able to do it retroactive to the injury.
While there have been a number other topics that Dom and I have discussed that then end up being talked about a week or two later on other pods/shows, we know we're not for everyone. What we can promise you though is honest and factual discussions.

If you have some ideas that would make the show better we are all ears though.

Yup. I do. The post you quoted of mine was from last fall…and I have tuned in regularly since then. Thanks and keep up the great work. Wish I could say that about take Bruins.
