Basically this but I'd rather have Arnott taking those 4th line faceoffs instead of Halpern. This is the absolute best way to distribute 4 good lines with the roster we have currently. Yes, Nash has been scoring with Richards and Gaborik, but so will anyone. Hagelin is a good fit with Gaborik and can do a lot of the dirty work that line needs.
Stepan's best (really, only) asset is his passing and playmaking abilities, so putting him alongside Nash makes some sense. Plus they both play a little defense. Putting Kreider with some other skill guys gives him the opportunity to show off his speed and help out in the playmaking department. Also opens up the ice for him to get some better shots off.
If Ferreiro keeps playing like this he's earned a regular spot here. He showed some chemistry with Callahan in his first game and Boyle and Callahan play well together. Good energy line with Callahan providing some offense.
Arnott should help in the faceoff department, and Halpern and Pyatt are much better hockey players than Asham or Rupp. Pyatt has been playing top 6 minutes but really isn't ready for that, so if Torts would be less stubborn and run this line out for 7-10 minutes per game I think they can do some damage.
D is the same but I don't trust a pairing with DZ and Gilroy together, I'd rather have Eminger out there with DZ. At least he knows his place.
