I think the Habs centennial jerseys really deserve a break, they were one-offs, actually worn by the team in their history. Not like anyone in modern NHL age designed them.

The Buffaslug, Fisherman, uniprons, Flying Duck and most of the Predators nonsense on the other hand are inexcusable .

I really hated Tampa's most recent Reebok alternate, the black one with "BOLTS" going across it and the white piping on the arms. It looked like they designed it an hour before they released it.

I believe the official name for those duds was the “turdburger” accidentally coined by Sabres president Ted Black. What a fiasco.

I used to think it was this one. But it's so bad I want it. The fact the cartoon duck is wearing a jersey with an alternate logo on it is hilarious.

Sticking to jerseys that are worn on a somewhat regular basis. Third jerseys are fair game but no winter classics, novelties etc

purposefully leaving out the Kings/Ducks/Blues cartoon jerseys because they were in a class of ugly all their own
