Is there something I can read about our powerplay system? Umbrella? Triangle?
It's the very exclusive "right-handers only, no kids allowed" formation. You can play on it with a hand-written invitation from Panarin. It's called "The get it to Kreider."

It is too static though, our PP is working but it often doesn't look great. Players stay way too stationary, most of the other teams with good PP's look a lot better and control possession as players shift aroundPretty much every team uses some form of 1-3-1, which is very similar to umbrella.
Pointman (Fox), 2 guys around tops of the circles (Panarin, Strome) High-slot/bumper (Zibanejad), Low-slot/net front (Kreider).
It's not static, guys will move aronud and interchange but that's the basic configuration
Triangle is a PK systemIs there something I can read about our powerplay system? Umbrella? Triangle?
I just wanna point out that some prominent members of this message board were actively stumping for the rangers to balance their power play time...use pp2 equal to pp1.
Felt like it was me and @SA16 vs a pretty vocal contingent here.

Anyone remember when their answer for improving our dreadful PP meant hyping Ales Kotalik’s one timer that one season?
