What regular season stats/metrics did recent cup finalists have in common?

Just wondering if anyone has or can find data on this, any stats, metrics, trends, etc which were common for recent cup finalists in the past few seasons (I wouldn't go beyond 2022 for this.

Just to give us an idea of things to look for this season and who might match it.

I love a good deep dive into stats and tried to find anything, but the 2022 Avs were pretty amazing and he 2023 Knights were pretty meh statistically. Very different.
