Actually it was the Japanese that bombed Pearl Harbor, the Germans had really nothing to do with it.

Actually the Germans had allot to do with it. The imperialist Japanese leadership chose to align themselves with the Nazi’s. Had the Japanese been satisfied with portions of Indochina the rest of the world/Allies would have been content to leave them alone.

However with the Nazi’s trying to annex Europe, the Japanese assumed they could grow their empire. They marched forward with the simple minded thought that the rest of the world would focus on Europe and by the time the Allies got around to Japan they would be too war weary to press on and sue for peace.

Had the Nazi’s not invaded Poland, WW2 as we know it would have not have happened. Without war in Europe, the Japanese would not have tried to expand their empire. And thus no need to bomb Pear Harbor.

So in fact it is the Germans fault that Pearl Harbor got bombed.
