Honestly, I think I find the world of live albums a little lacking beyond my favorites. I guess recording quality is always a barrier.
This is very much how I feel as well, even though I enjoy attending live shows.

The one exception for me is Eric Clapton's Unplugged.

There are also a few individual live tracks that I will gladly go out of my way to listen to and that I consider to be the best renditions of said songs:

Metallica - No Leaf Clover, from S&M
Wings - Maybe I'm Amazed, from Wings Over America
John Mayer - I Don't Need No Doctor, from Where the Light Is: John Mayer Live in Los Angeles
Miley Cyrus - Maybe, from Attention: Miley Cyrus
Zaz - Si jamais j'oublie, from Sur la route
Pat Metheny Group - Travels, from Travels
Metropole Orkest - Contradanza del espiritu
Keith Jarrett - Pt. II C, from The Köln Concert

Also this one. I’m not religious at all, but I regularly listen to this specific version of the song on YouTube Music. Such a great vocal performance. The buildup from 3:30 to 6:30 gives me chills.
