Have you seen Muse live? I hope so. They're f***ing sick.
Saw them in back to back nights nearly a decade ago at the United Center and then again at the Joe in Detroit. They tore both places down. Oh and I saw them do a small set at Lollapalooza one year too but it got cut short due to a thunderstorm. The last song they played was "Butterflies and Hurricanes" and it was in the middle of the storm, so awesome.

Black metal pioneer Varg Vikernes, unfairly judged for the euronymous murder in self-defense and for his traditionalist views
Chuck Schuldiner, basically created death metal and would have definitely taken it to another level had he not died so young.
Far from my favorite music, but I recognize his importance and see him as a modern day Mozart.
