And I’ll say the Petersson trade, which wouldn’t be too shocking, but the price is- zilch. They maybe get a 6th rounder or somethin, more likely it doesn’t happen, but if it does I’m guessing nothing of value goes the other way.
Also, 25% chance of Sabres doing something of note. The Byram-Mitts trade was somewhat surprising, wouldn’t be shocked if a similar move occurs.

I think the Bruins end up sellers and trade Marchand to a contender, maybe Edmonton. Bruins are up there in the mix but they also have way more games played then anyone else which is gonna end up being their downfall. I could see Zacha, Geekie, Korpi, Brazeau, Frederick and Carlo going as well. Bruin go in full mini rebuild /retool mode

I’ll go with Karlsson to Buffalo. Not a team who is expected to buy but needs to add to their current roster. They get a needed position and a player who is familiar with Dahlin.
Probably crazy because of the contract, but the only fun idea I can come up with for now.

So maybe there is some crazy deal where he’s not a Canuck by Saturday.
Another player who may get moved this week nobody expected? Sharangovich. Calgary is souring on him and his new contract hasn’t even kicked in yet. His effort is being questioned and once that starts happening for real, not just fans and media doing it, teams try cutting bait. If they got a 3rd which they paid before last season, they’d take it an run.
If Andersson ends up traded, they will try connecting him to that trade.

I highly doubt Zacha goes anywhere unless its a gross over payment. I also doubt we go rebuild.
Bruins will tweak and flush, nothing more. The fact the Bruins are 2 games over 500 with this current roster shows how bad the league is.

I think need reread my post. I said retool mini rebuild, not a full blown rebuild obviously. I love how people can take your words, twist them, and then say the exact same thing themselves. I don't think they'll retool, I think they'll tweak and flush
