What is the cheapest and most expensive NHL game ticket you ever bought ?

I never buy cheap seats. The cheapest seats I ever got were corporate box seats for free for one reason or another (the company I worked for or another friend worked for).

In 2012, I paid about $1500 for a seat in, section 101 or 102 I think, at Staples Center for the Stanley Cup Final game 4. By the time of the game, the Kings were up 3-0 and seemed on the verge of both a sweep and a first Stanley Cup win...and I could have sold the seat for over $10k. My seat in particular was expensive and by the time I went to the game I found out why. The section was next to the VIP lounge.

I sat next to Alyssa Milano (TV star) on my left. In front of me to my right was Jon Voight (Movie star and father of Angelina Jolie). Behind me directly was Matthew Perry (TV star). 10 seats to the right of me was Wayne Gretzky and his daughter, super hot Paulina. Also in Gretzky's section was David Boreanaz (TV star) and Cuba Gooding Jr. (Movie star) There was probably a lot more but that's all I could identify/remember. I think I ran into Hextall and Robitaille in the halls as they were handing out gift coupons or something...but they work there, lol.

Kings lost and won two games later.

In 2014, I had a ticket to game five, don't remember the price, maybe more than $1500 but I don't remember. This time I saw the Kings lift the Cup in person. Again a on the ice section.

Cheapest probably 10-20 dollars for a ticket.

Bought 2 tickets to game 6 of the SCF Blues vs Bruins against the wall very last row for the low price of 3500 total.

Goes back further than the OP stated, but the dark days of the Pens were a good time to be a high school kid. $20 tickets you could walk up and get 20 mins before the game and end up in section A. Used the student rush program to see some pretty cool games including a group of 10 or so friends getting seats about 5 rows behind the net for MAF's first game. Ditto for the first Sid/OV matchup ever. The on-ice product sucked, but the memories made from going to the games helped build a strong fanbase for the team that will hopefully carry over to our next dark days.

Most expensive was a few years ago taking my father in law to sit directly behind Pens bench for his birthday, I think they were around $250 per.

The city is a disgusting place and their sports fans are trash people universally.

I've been to many away Bruins games wearing my gear and never had a single problem except for in Philadelphia, where a group of guys followed us into the parking lot and said they were going to r*pe my girlfriend...

Used to have to go to Philly a lot for work and I just absolutely hate the place for pretty much every reason possible lol.

I lived in Philly for five years or so, and had heard this about their fans was even warned by locals, but the two Cats games I went to were the opposite. The two of us wore Florida Hats and Shirts, no problem. The fans in attendance were mostly older types or people on their phones the entire game. Off stub hub, the tickets were pretty cheap, 30-40 dollars, and allowed me to see an older Jagr playing for the Cats.

Regarding the op, the cheapest tickets were giveaways in Sunrise back in the late 00s. I believe they even came with free parking. The most expensive, about 50 bucks after fees to see the last Ottawa vs. Florida game this year.
