Obviously let’s limit it to the last 10-15 years so the prices are in somewhat similar range as they are today.

The cheapest tickets I ever got on multiple occasions were CBJ tickets in the resell market shortly before the games for $8-10. Since the building is usually at 60% capacity for those games, I usually move to the lower bowl center ice in the first intermission. Can’t beat prime NHL game seats at $10 :sarcasm:

I bought CBJ - TBL game 4 ticket for $95 prior to the series start. After the Jackets won the first two games, that same ticket jumped to $200.

I don’t recall ever buying a ticket over $100 for a regular season game.

I’ve been able to buy tickets in Columbus and in Florida within first 5 rows from the ice for $80 or so. However, I absolutely hate sitting right next to the ice as your view is seriously limited.

I also got a row 3 ticket at work once got free.

I haven't bought a ticket in years, so my answer is "free" usually through work, family, or friends. Went to 3 games this year so nothing cray, but when Canucks tickets are like $100 for any decent seat it's hard to buck up.

Ive only been to 3 NHL games. 1 was a gift, 1 was Columbus at Edmonton for $120 or $140, cant remember exactly. Last game was game 4 of Calgary vs Vancouver in 2015 and that was up $450ish

Bruins fan.

2010 Bruins @ Flyers round 1 game 4, $14. Don't want to talk about that one.

2012 opening night / 2011 banner raising, $680 for the worst seat in the house. Absolutely worth it since I'll probably never see this again.

Close runner up Game 6 2022 SCF Finals in Tampa, $650. Don't cheer for either team but worth it to see someone win the cup in person.

Went to a Sens game, it was against jersey, $25, and it was like during christmas week.

At the time they were 30th and 31st in the league.

Sens won the biggest loser contest, and ended up drafting Stuzle at years end. Fun bit of trivia.

The Devs went on a losing streak and ended up drafting 7th overall. I attribute that as a major victory for the sens

That was my first playoff game in Philly, and also one of my cheapest tickets: paid about $25 day-of because everyone assumed the Flyers would be swept that night.

Cheapest all-time: a single canned good donation earned me multiple ticket vouchers for Devils games at Prudential in 2017, which I used to see them play the Panthers and Wild. So...$0.60 each? Maybe less?

Cheapest non-promotion: $16 scalped upper level Maple Leafs vs. Predators in 2015 at Bridgestone.

Most expensive, can't remember. Paid about $125 for Club Desjardins seats for Flyers/Canadiens at Bell Centre in 2008.

Also paid about that much for a scalped ticket to the infamous Flyers/Penguins game ar Consol on April Fools' Day 2012. The Laviolette-on-the-benches game/prelude to the classic series.

Never paid more than $125-150 for a ticket I think, and my line would be around $200. There's always a way in for that price if you time it right.

In the dark days of CBJ history I once bought an entire row of tickets for $23 and gave them to a bunch of friends. The beer and food they all got me was worth far more than the entire row of seats. I made out well.

Most was $307 for a SC finals game in Pittsburgh that they ended up winning in OT! I considered it a bargain.

OT here....

Why do you hate Philadelphia so much as a Bruins fan? I just presumed it would be Montreal ha.

Can you imagine how much a Leafs ticket would be in the SCF. Especially if they could clinch on home ice? Yikes.

Went to a Leafs/Bruins game in both cities during 2013 playoffs. Boston was $600. Leafs were $1,100. Boston crowd was way louder.

Paid around 800$ for 2 row 1 right at the glass seats for the Sedins last home game. Was right there at the corner/end where they scored in ot. Worth it.

Cheapest, does free count? If not I'm pretty sure at the peak of Jim Benning's reign of error I got into a game for around 20$ a ticket.

In 2008-09, I used to head down to Clark st and get a Blues ticket for free for regular season games after puck drop. Could slowly walk up and sit lower bowl by the 3rd.

In 2014 I paid $600 to watch playoff Ryan Miller lead us to a first round exit.

One time I was outside Philips and got into a conversation with a guy that was the backup organist for the team. He had a pair of extra glass seats that he gave us for free. But that might not count.

Other that, probably $20-30 for upper bowl. Probably $200/each for seats right behind the bench in Pepsi center during the dark times. Fun place to catch a game from but wouldn’t want season tickets there. Never made it to a playoff game so never had to deal with those prices.

Cheapest was a Sens one somewhere under $15. At one point in time it was fairly easy to get ‘em at that price.

Most expensive is definitely a Rangers one $300+

junior and senior year of high school (2015-2016) my buddies and I would routinely get Sabres tickets for under $10. Think the cheapest was around $4. Those tank years were brutal

I live in Edmonton and during the mcdavid playoffless years I could find a lower bowl ticket near the end of the season for under 100.

Most expensive was 300 a ticket behind the oilers bench sitting next to Joey Moss in November 2014 at the old Rexall arena. Got it mostly for behind the bench experience and probably won’t again as you really can’t see ice as the coaching and training staff is always in your way.

The oilers lost 7-1 to the hawks, I remember the mood on the bench was very bad and Dallas Eakins was their coach. They got boooed off the ice and I drunkly gave Eakins the finger end of the game which was on the broadcast and a video on YouTube still. Lol

I’ve gotten tickets in Tampa for less than $30.

Most expensive ticket was Game 4 of the Stanley Cup final in 2015. Paid $400 for a nosebleed seat and a loss, but I’m grateful I was able to go to a SCF game.

The city is a disgusting place and their sports fans are trash people universally.

I've been to many away Bruins games wearing my gear and never had a single problem except for in Philadelphia, where a group of guys followed us into the parking lot and said they were going to r*pe my girlfriend...

Used to have to go to Philly a lot for work and I just absolutely hate the place for pretty much every reason possible lol.

Ah....

Crazy indeed. Your hate is justified lol

Cheapest - a random Ducks home game in Dec 2011. I don’t know the exact cost but it was practically free. Was there to go to Disneyland and the game was just a bonus

Most expensive - Avs banner raising night was around $550 CAD a ticket. If you add the travel costs for a week long trip then it was incredibly stupid expensive

Cheapest: around 80$ to the furthest sit from the ice you could imagine. Further than that and I was sitting right on the roof

I got Predators tickets for $9.97 from a Radio promotion vs Washington before Ovechkin
Most I paid was $120 for a game vs the Canucks
Now the Draft tickets cost more than those Canucks tickets.

During the Predators first season a Philly fan attacked the post game radio show after a loss.

3@$26 each, 2009 at St Louis. It was vs Canucks in mid December, lower bowl goal line row ~20. I had to hang around at airport overnight to catch an early morning flight the next morning.

Never paid too much for ticket. Most was ~$80 on multiple occasions. Of course none was at marquis match up/events.

I used to get free tickets all the time because my dad was an off ice official. That obviously would be my cheapest. For most expensive, I paid $775 for game three of the 2019 Cup Finals.
