What hockey tour groups are there to see hockey tournaments across the world?

As somebody who has attended 3 WHC, the only advice I have for you, find out where the Latvians are drinking pints, and go there.

Just go, take a chance. Remember to keep a open mind and you are going to make new friends. The WC is a fun event, go to the games and talk to people almost everyone is hc-hockey fan and bit trunk.

...and being an American fan you are considered a bit of an oddity and a great tool for english practice. At least that was my experience.
