I read this question in the Chat during one of the PWHL games on Saturday and thought that is an interesting question.
So I tried my luck at google and here in the search bar but didnt find anything about the Cup.

Quick facts that I know:

Isobel Cup is the trophy that was awarded in the Premier Hockey Federation (PHF), former known as National Womens Hockey League) and was won last time by Toronto Six, afterwards the league got transfered in the new PWHL but this new league has a new trophy.

Toronto Six won that trophy in the Mullett Arena in Arizona and played in Canlan Ice Sports but I didnt find any hint, if the trophy is still at some of that facilities.

Does anybody here know more about the whereabouts of the Isobel Cup?

Than I thought, if this was the only trophy in history, that might still exist but the league where teams fought for it, is gone and what happend to these trophys?

Are such trophys handed to somebody from the last winning team?
Are such trophys handed to any Hall of fame (local or Hockey Hall of fame)?
Will such trophys be recycled? (would be crazy from historic point of view)

Sadly I don´t know where Isobel Cup is. I think the league had somewhat smallish but enthusiastic following so maybe contacting some vlogger/reporter who followed the league. They might give you answer.

Outside of that yes there are plenty of Cups and Trophies of former leagues and cups that do not exist anymore in Hockey Hall Of Fame. Sometimes you find all sort of neat trophies from local Hall Of Fames. I have seen some very interesting trophies in offices of clubs too. Though I can only talk about Europe in that regard. But I would say the odds are that many trophies still are somewhere.

One trophy that I decided to check was the Fit-Reform Cup trophy. It was challenge trophy in Western Canada that was played from 1908-1911. Sometimes called the Stanley cup of the West. Many notable players won it. I have no idea where it is now. It can be on the Hall Of Fame. Or does not even exist anymore. I found newspaper article from 1935 when they were showcasing it in Calgary. So at that point it was still around.
