What do GMs/Assistant GMs make on average?

Was looking for some info on the salary ranges for GM and assistant GM and only found some lame articles that were clearly off base (85k?). Does anyone know what these jobs typically pay?

I know Hollands on a $25 million/5 year deal, Dubas is on a $40 million/7 year deal (tho he took the POHO job and then named himself GM).
