What can the Jets do to improve winning draws

This has been a sore spot with me for the past 2-3 years. Maybe it's just the optics but is there room for improvement and what would it take... hiring someone to come in 2-3 times, full time coach.... What do you guys think.

We are at a team FOW% of 49.3%. In the middle 3rd of the league. Maybe we could improve, but probably not a burning issue for the organization.

Have a proper 2C might help. I think an Andrew Copp type playoff depth center could work. We need durability, heavier game, can be versatile etc.
