Music: What Are You Listening To Part 5

I probably should have said something to you personally, following that comment I made. I was totally wasted that day, which is not something that has been rare for me. I am not proud of this. But, as a student, this guy, who seems to me to be openly homosexual (Never actually talked to him about this.), is one of the most brilliant and gracious individuals I have ever met. He gave me notes multiple times, and even without me asking for them, ex post facto homework solutions. He graduated, I am still in school. I know what it is like to be judged, and I hate it, but can deal with it better now in my older age. One of my favorite sayings is 'Never judge a book by its cover.' All of this is to say, sorry for my poorly-judged comment. I used to like System Of A Down too, and truth be told, still kind of do.

I’ve been deep diving Billy Woods recently. People gotta stop saying real rapping is dead, it’s just harder to find but feels so rewarding when you find it.

eg

“Just tryna eat, I don't wanna see how the beef prepared. In their pеns, the sheep is scared. Penitеntiary blues if the opps run your tare. One tear. Forty hours a week plus the commute it's really no time for fear. Maybe here and there? Change gears. The science is weird. Mayans never counted to here”

That's awesome. I was just talking about the Mayans and mathematics in the Sciences subforum earlier today in the "Lost human civilizations?" thread. What a coincidence; or is it??
