I remember walking home in -30 degree weather holding the just purchased Pyromania album with both hands (no gloves) so it wouldn't bend. That was 40 years ago. I think I bought Queen "The Works" on the same trip.

Ah ...the good ol' days. Time does indeed fly. Almost seems like yesterday ...almost.

I was in grade 6 and saw the video for 'Foolin', 'Bringin on the Heartbreak' and 'Rock of Ages'. I was really hooked on the tune 'Foolin' so I bought the Pyromania cassette and not long after that, they became my favorite band for a little while.

So much great stuff from the 80s. Love that decade.

Just found these guys through Spotify Discover weekly and I can't stop listening to them. The Northern Boys (real names Norman Pain, and Patrick Karneigh) are a rap duo of two elderly British men, with backup dancer known only as Kevin. They have surprisingly smooth flow and excellent lyrical skill.

Definitely NSFW lyrics and themes to the songs, but that makes it all the better. Their music videos are great too. It's awesome to see and hear people just having fun with music and something they love.
