Holy Crap that brings back memories, I saw Slaughter as an opening act at the Forum, I think it was with Poison they opened for like 30+ years ago. I also think Warrant was on the bill.

Hair metal was my gateway to heavier/better metal and rock like prog metal, thrash metal, etc. I still listen to some, like you, as a guilty pleasure.
