How are you trying to learn the languages? Duolingo? I tried it it was meh

No. I am not using Duolingo for Sanskrit nor German.

German I've begun following an online class. Sanskrit I've been studying for quite some time now through a variety of resources, mainly books.

I am currently working on:

Advanced JMeter programming
Wordpress work for singular client (websites suck and I will never do another)
Reading one book (DUST)
Planning around purchasing a small plot of land near Greely to have a tiny house and small farm on, managed by my sister-in-law, so that we can have some animals and food while giving her something to do.

This final procedure will require putting our house up for sale. With the equity we can outright purchase the land (it's cheap out there, like 30ish grand for ~5 acres) + the tiny house. What's left can go towards a down-payment on some new digs, probably closer to the city.

CTO got back with my counter and is presenting it to his partner this week. He seemed cool with it, so getting that new job will certainly help move along these ideas.

Moving out west. This one is pretty much done. Planning is complete, and budget goals are met. Since we'll still be working between now and when we move in August, just need to keep working hard at saving as much as possible for when we move.

Keep kicking ass in training hard for Ironman Santa Rosa in July.
