Too many well paid passengers on this team, it could've been much better constructed. Can't win a cup when that is the case. Oh well... it was great fun anyway.

Feel so bad for Hank more than anyone on this team.

O yea and I will have no problem if next year starts and we have no Richie or Nash. Pathetic efforts from our two top paid forwards.

If they play at even half of their salaries, we win the cup.

No goats here, if you told me we'd have been playing for the cup at the beginning of the year I wouldn't have believed you. Even if some didn't do what we hoped in the finals they were all critical in us getting here.

It was a wonderful run. I believe this team sits with Boston as the best team in the east. Keep the right players, and make some judicious additions, and next year should be fun.

Helluva year.

People will talk about the luck. People will talk about the officiating.

I'll remember the Kreider breakaways. For me, at least one of those, HAVE to be buried.

Only one needs to go (Richards).

We shouldn't be paying close to $8 million dollars to a player who is going to be a non-factor when it comes to offense. And I personally have had it with Girardi. This isn't the first season where he looked lost.

Im not even hurt. What a fantastic ****in season for the boys in blue. Well done and in the immortal words of Chris Drury "This wont ruin my summer"

Great season, but its just so deflating to know that officiating had such a big part in this. It honestly should have been 3-2 Rangers going back to MSG to clinch the cup in game six.

We lost 3 OT games.

In those 3 OT games, we had leads going into the 3rd period.

In 2 of the 3 games, in the 3rd period, we have very questionable calls/non calls go against us (of course), which directly lead to LA goals and momentum swings.

This series could have easily been over tonight in the Rangers favor.

We had 0 luck this series outside of Game 4. None.

Great season, great run. Proud of the team but so disappointed to fall short.

49ers and Rangers are killing me every year.

I felt like it was closer than 4-1 is going to look in the history books. A few luckier bounces/better job finishing/less blown calls by the refs and this could have been a series with the Rangers up 3-1 or 3-2 with a chance to finish things. It was close, but the Kings dominated third periods and ultimately won the coin tosses that these games came down to.

Kings lead for a grand total of 40:01 in the entire series. Unbelievable. Sure, there were plenty of times that the Rangers were being outplayed, but they didn't deserve to lose in 5 or even lose.
