Last 72 hours have been an absolute mess; mom was hospitalized Saturday and it was gnarly for a bit. But she was discharged this afternoon, seems to be on the mend, and I'm sitting on her couch with her tonight for game 5. She doesn't even necessarily care about hockey, but she knows this has been 30+ years in the making for my Dad (her ex) and I, and is totally invested for tonight.
