Her Husband and Eva probably figure that they can be successful without the WWE, something I call the Chyna Syndrome. So they're doing this in case the WWE decides to release her after this because she's pretty useless.
Unfortunately when you decide to fight wellness suspensions it doesn't end well, and Eva really isn't worth the trouble for the WWE, the bottom line is that cynically the whole gimmick to keep her out of the ring and talking very little on the Mic works.
At the end of the day, she has very few options, if she pushes enough and gets released, TNA will take her, but woman's wrestling on TNA has slid down hill from its heights, but Eva can't work and they have enough woman that fill that whole manager type role.
She can't go over to Japan or even groups like ROH because she's terrible.
So its signing autographs at car shows, doing a reality show where she becomes a media person, or more then likely, the inevitable slide from softcore porn to the world of Vivid Video offering her a couple of million to do a Sunny type video.
