Skinner definitely got victimized via 5 hole... gotta be better. To his defence though he kept them in it after that atrocious 2nd. Well f*** it, we knew it was going to be a war so here we are. Regroup, an extra day of rest and they need to clean up areas for sure.

Would have preferred to start on the road for this exact reason. Now they have to mentally cope with this tough loss for two days while the Panthers take the good vibes back to Florida.
But it's the SCF. There will always be obstacles and they'll have to deal with them in order to win. Let's hope they can do it.

Maybe Skinner should have had that but he made a lot of big saves in OT that gave them a chance. The Oilers were pretty terrible defensively in this game, I don't think goaltending was the issue.

Skinner should have had that but fatigue plays a part. Bob would have had it but he's one of the best goaltenders in the world. Skinner did his part. We had chances. Didn't happen. Lucky to tie it and send it to overtime

Skinner only wins when the team plays perfectly in front. Any breakdown you know it's going in. Bob on the other hand stole 5 or 6 goals. But just getting to OT was like free money on that miracle Perry goal. Would be nice if Skinner got beat on an actual shot though.

Florida isn’t dangerous late in games against us, they can’t keep that early game pace.
