I think you left a bigger spot on the table though. And they didn't, i guess, outright promote it as the main event, so they already passed on that spot.

If they do Bayley vs Charlotte sooner then what the heck do they even do for Mania. Have Bayley win the title at the Rumble? Face Sasha at Mania.. idk. I'd rather have seen a long build with Sasha as heel champ and Bayley chasing the champ till Mania, not walking in as champ at Mania

It is still a while away. You can do Bayley/Charlottle at The December PPV and the Rumble. Turn Sasha after the Rumble and there you go.
They turn Sasha by disliking being second fiddle to Bayley. Sasha goes over Bayley at Mania to become heel champ, and set up a chase towards a rematch.

Knowing WWE, they'll stretch Dana turning on Charlotte all the way to WrestleMania while Bayley and Sasha get relegated to whatever terrible tag team match they plan. 
**** me, now that I think about it - they might actually do that. Charlotte will probably feud with Bayley for the next two months while Sasha feuds with Nia Jax. Suddenly we're at Royal Rumble and who does that leave for Charlotte? I suppose Charlotte could drop the belt to Bayley before Mania and Bayley vs. Sasha would be the primary women's feud and Charlotte would still face Dana, just not for the belt.

And it sounds like he's counting his blessings given all the crap that came out about TNA's financial 'deals' while in court.
He has the option of converting his debt into a 36% ownership stake, but I doubt at this point that he's going to want anything but to get out of this whole mess, which means that the payment which is due tomorrow will be paid by the fight network.

The Cruiserweight Trios Match was as fine as it was ever going to be but like most of the matches on the card it was responded to with awkward quiet murmuring hell one ****** smark had a “We want Axel” sign in the front row.

After seeing that finish to the women's match, I can understand KO being unhappy with his placement on the card. All things considered, his match with Rollins was better than Sasha/Charlotte and it really all boiled down to the finish. In one, the right guy went over and in the other the right person lost.

So its gonna be the big guns for each team which means no world title matches at SS. So team SD it will probably be
Roman Reigns, Kevin Owens, Rusev, Jericho, and Seth vs Styles, Ambrose, Cena, Crews, Corbin
(weren't there rumours of Cena doing SS??)
Then you'll have Ziggler vs Miz for the IC title at SS. Wyatt could also be put in the tag match if he doesn't face Orton again at SS

There was but he was removed. Cena is apparently fully into American Grit filming.
Randy might also miss as his baby is due around then.

That might be part of it, but I don't really have a problem with him not being happy about his placement. He's the Universal Champion, defending the title, I always want that guy thinking he should be the main even, because we went nearly a whole year of CM Punk being champion, and not being in the main event for like 10 PPV's in a row or something.

He can actually sell, mechanically he does all the right things. The problem is people just don't buy it, so it falls flat.
It's a problem all strong faces have. Meltzer gave the examples of Asuka who has problems on NXT, Goldberg in the past too. It's not as bad with Asuka as fans actually like her, opposed to Reigns who they dislike or are indifferent to, but it's still a problem anytime she has to sell.
Reigns can physically sell but they can't or won't write it to where they actually sell something like that for him. If he never sells an injury during, after, or before a match and nobody really works him subsequently, why would the fans buy anything he sells? Reigns not selling anything is mostly a product of the superman booking.

Austin's talked about Reigns' selling before. Said he should sell on the go like The Undertaker rather than dying most of the match.

TJ Perkins is just not going to work. I personally thought it was a doomed act the moment he stepped out behind the curtain on the main roster. There is nothing interesting about him and his video game-isms. I really can't stand him.
It's okay. Vince is just going to sit Owens down and the conversation will go like:
"Kevin, I wanted you and Seth in the main event but everyone else fought me on it and wanted the women. So I gave it to them... and I was right. You should have been in there instead."
The women flopping/not living up to the main event spot probably just proves Vince right in his mind.
