From memory Kylington wasn't out much in the 3rd but he'd also been a bombscare all game so not really surprising.

I also doubt he has any trade value.

Who knows. Maybe they are showcasing Middleton for a potential trade. Maybe Malinski and Kylington are being held out for potential trades. Maybe Bednar just wants to see how all three play with Lindgren the rest of the season before he decides who gets to play in the playoffs. Maybe they are going 11-7 tonight? We won't know till pregame warmup.

Kylington is not a defenseman Bednar likes. He's basically the NHL version of Jacob MacDonald. Lots of risk, minimal reward and not a good defender or physical.

Not surprised if Bednar is likely sick of him.
