Gotcha so you're just insulting him to his face. UnderstoodYes because he redirected us to McGahey for an answer.
I'm mad at the piss poor team coverage in general but that's certainly not on him. Media these days don't have the money to send reporters on the road, I get it. However, I'd like them to be a little more curious or at least show us that they are actively trying to find answers. It's part of the job.Gotcha so you're just insulting him to his face. Understood
I understand the Girard situation, but I’m not sure why you guys keep brining it up when I wasn’t talking about Girard. I was talking about injured players and teams keeping it quiet before the playoffs as to who’s in and who’s out.Dude, nobody has a problem with the information provided on Necas, Drouin, and Manson.
We now Manson is skating and should be good for the playoffs.
We know Necas is sore, day-to-day and not a risk of a long term absence.
We know Drouin has a lower body injury, unrelated to his previous one, is day-to-day and not a risk of a long term absence.
The Avs have shared that for those 3 and nobody has any issue with that.
This is literally all about the complete silence on Girard and pretending as if he doesn’t even exist anymore.
No one is giving information, especially at this time of the year. You’re assuming no one has tried, which is a false assumption.I understand that you didn't travel with the team and are relying on TV coverage like the rest of us. However, it shouldn't fall on the fans to dig for information and investigate what's happening. Isn't it the reporter's job to uncover and share those details? Surely their role extends beyond simply describing what’s shown on TV.
I did assume that. If you mentioned anywhere publicly that you tried to learn more about the Girard situation, and couldn't get any answer from the team, then I apologize. No one is giving information, especially at this time of the year. You’re assuming no one has tried, which is a false assumption.
How would you know this?I guess the good thing is, Girard hasn’t joined the program so far. Hopefully it’s nothing too serious and he just needed some time off
It would come out if he joined the PAP. Always does, but I guess they could still keep it a secretHow would you know this?
It would come out eventually but it's not instant. Anyway, it's all speculation right now, for all we know he could be injured and the team "forgot" to mention it.It would come out if he joined the PAP. Always does, but I guess the could still keep it a secret
Which brings it back to what I was saying. At this time of the year right before the playoffs, everything is a secret for every team that’s in the playoffsIt would come out eventually but it's not instant. Anyway, it's all speculation right now, for all we know he could be injured and the team "forgot" to mention it.
He did also have low numbers on his last game. I hope it's a minor injury and not a relapse or something else.I do remember there were reports of Girard dealing with LBI. So maybe it is an injury after all
Officially he isn't injured, that's all we know.He did also have low numbers on his last game. I hope it's a minor injury and not a relapse or something else.
Maybe that's not intentional and they're just that incompetent?Officially he isn't injured, that's all we know.
I don’t know maybe avs fans should drink more and avs players should drink less.G is injured and likely nothing serious. Everyone just calm down..
Including me. I went to dark place again, talking about season being over and shit. Why do we always overreact to stuff on here?
I think Avs players should just get injured less. Then we wouldn’t have to go through all thisI don’t know maybe avs fans should drink more and avs players should drink less.
I don’t drink at all. Intend on continuing that. Well if g is injured maybe we’ll hear something Tuesday?I don’t know maybe avs fans should drink more and avs players should drink less.
Well less drinking might help with the nose injuriesI think Avs players should just get injured less. Then we wouldn’t have to go through all this
And they let you be a hockey fan?I don’t drink at all. Intend on continuing that. Well if g is injured maybe we’ll hear something Tuesday?
Reporting that you asked a question and were denied an answer is still reporting. No one is giving information, especially at this time of the year. You’re assuming no one has tried, which is a false assumption.
You will get crumbs and you will like it.I'm mad at the piss poor team coverage in general but that's certainly not on him. Media these days don't have the money to send reporters on the road, I get it. However, I'd like them to be a little more curious or at least show us that they are actively trying to find answers. I like Evan and I'm glad he posts here.
