Nate has played too much hockey not just half of this season when we weren’t as deep and he had to carry us, but last couple of years as well. It makes sense for him to save as much energy as possible now before the playoffs. So good for him
I'd rather his ice time be managed better, and he still went to practice.

Bedsy explains in the video that it's part of Nate's routine to stay fresh, and he practices when he feels he needs it; and Bedsy says he's fine with it.
Again, means nothing. You're talking about 2.00 vs. 2.23, and .919 vs. .916 in SV%. It's not that big a deal. Both of them are putting up perfectly acceptable numbers.
Oh, but if you want to look at goalie stats that actually matter, let's look at GSAA:
MacKenzie Blackwood: 15.5
Scott Wedgewood: 3.8
And even that needs to be taken into context since it also counts the games they played prior to their arrival in Colorado.
Regardless, are you suggesting that they should go with Wedgewood because he has slightly better numbers than Blackwood...?
Just for shits and giggles, Georgiev's current GSAA number is 19.1.
Oh, sorry, slap a minus in front of that.
Samuel Ersson is the only one worse at -21.3, and Friend of the Show Philipp Grubauer is ranked just above Georgiev at -14..6.

Oh Wonderful another 9:50/10pm puck drop over here on the East Coast and I need to be on the road for work tomorrow at 6am. Well maybe I just skip this one.I just realized we're the second of the back to back on ESPN tonight. So the Puck isn't actually dropping until 7:50+.
