Buffalo may as well start selling playoff tickets now because they've essentially got the division on lock lmao.

Miami needed that win today to essentially save their season since they get the Bills next week and they failed. The Jets are the Jets and the Patriots predictably sucked.

What’s Coach Nerd gonna do now

The Eagles have won road games in consecutive weeks by 20 points for the first time in 71 years. It was also the first time they ever won in Cincinnati.

The excuse train for the Jets have stalled, Rodgers 'leadership' was never there and bringing in his buddies isn't working. The Jets gave him the keys to the castle and he's turned out to be a bum, the Jets couldn't help themselves screwing it all up.
Jets have gone from Darnold to Wilson to Rodgers over the past like 7 seasons.

With the struggles of 1 and done QBS in college moving into the NFL, I wonder if we see more clubs pass on them, at least in Round 1.
Richardson, Mac Jones, Lance, Haskins, Trubisky all under 20 college starts. Jones was a SR, but with Covid rules, could have returned, but with Bryce Young going into his SO season, Jones would have to battle him for the job or likely look to transfer, but he wouldn't look as good elsewhere as he did with that Stacked Tide team.

Richardson getting hurt last season really set him back. It's a tough call for teams like Indy. Have a good enough roster to make the PO if they start Flacco, but he's a short term solution. Or do they take their lumps with AR and hope he develops but you end up losing the locker room as they wait for this kid to figure it out, if he does at all?

It’s true he didn’t have enough starts and that’s a big one for me in evaluating QB’s. But Richardson still had the whole offseason. He just stinks.

He’s just so raw. Athleticism is there but to be a great QB is reading the defence at the line. Kid doesn’t have enough reps.
But you are right in that he’s back in the same system so he needs to be better.
That’s why Ridder was dumped as he was a mid rounder but going into year 2 in the same system with Smith and didn’t perform. That was his one opportunity in the nfl. Your leash as a young QB is only so long. Don’t perform and you are done.
Pickett and Mac Jones are backups now. Fields demoted back to backup. Zach Wilson too.

Jayden Daniels 3 years in Arizona State plus 2 years at LSU sure helped him.
He got plenty of reps throughout. Richardson got 1 full year at Florida and he thought it was a good idea to get drafted in the NFL.

I don't blame the kid for declaring himself eligible but his conditioning and mechanics need to improve.

You can take the $30 mill for a top 5 pick which is still an insane amount of money. But that $30 mill is also less than what you make if you are good enough to sign a second nfl contract per year. Getting close to being like 60% only.

Don’t fault guys for taking the certain money.
