I'm starting to think Ayiuk should have been let go. The 49ers folded and didn't take a hard stance with the guys BS. You want to hold out, you're no longer on this team.

Deebo gets banged up at times. Didn’t have the depth to not get a WR in his place. Pearson missed most of camp and early season with his injury and gunshot so don’t expect much from him this season. Or could have dealt for Cooper or another WR about now had they moved off Aiyuk.

But a decision on him should have been made much earlier. Either get the deal done or move him before the draft and earlier in free agency to fill the hole at Wr.

You say all that and Ayiuk has been terrible. It's week 7. Either play to your ability or sit down. Right now, whether or not Ayiuk is on the field it doesn't matter.

In fairness to the 49ers though, they only have two recievers right now in Kittle and Ayiuk. Everyone else is basically injured. Still, this is incredibly hard to watch.

I would say this is a direct result over the 49ers offseason. No Depth means terrible play.
