Going to be real interesting to see how ownership spin the teams record and coaching being worse than last season while also hoarding cap space that could be used to improve the roster
Bill suckedJonathan Kraft wanted a docile young coach who would yield to their demands and not a veteran coach with football acumen who would talk back, it's why they forced out Bill and didn't even consider Harbaugh.
He benefits if he doesn't get killed. Nothing beats experience. And this is why playing Maye was stupid as f***. He doesn't benefit from this at all
The entire coaching staff including the gm have zero experience, I can’t imagine Krafts thought process deciding this was going to work out.Jonathan Kraft wanted a docile young coach who would yield to their demands and not a veteran coach with football acumen who would talk back, it's why they forced out Bill and didn't even consider Harbaugh.
Can't believe the Bengals lost to us.

Alex Van Pelt f***ing sucks.
I'm putting this on Robert for falling in love with Jerod Mayo during a trip to IsraelJonathan Kraft wanted a docile young coach who would yield to their demands and not a veteran coach with football acumen who would talk back, it's why they forced out Bill and didn't even consider Harbaugh.

In what world would he not killed behind this offense line?He benefits if he doesn't get killed. Nothing beats experience.
Jonathan needs to send him to sunny acres happy ending massage parlor for good. He’s destroyed this team the last few years. Its simple. The experience level and internal promotions ensures they'll be cheap to pay
They show him the tape and where he should have stepped up, checked down etc. Normal QB things. How many teams are starting rookies? Eliot Wolf is an idiot and thinks Packers slow simmering QBs is the only way to develop them.In what world would he not killed behind this offense line?
The team quite literally has 4 PS guys on the line, they could have the best offensive coordinator in the world and it wouldn’t matter. This defense made Josh Allen look atrocious last week.
This is why I was saying it was dumb to start Maye so soon
It's all great in theory. The fact of the matter is the offense line can't even line up correctly. They are going to speed the kid up, getting him seeing rushers that aren't there at time, ruin his confidence, and possibly get him hurt. They show him the tape and where he should have stepped up, checked down etc. Normal QB things.
