Some team is going to get a quality coach when Stefanski takes the fall for this disaster.
I agree. Stefanski just signed an extension this off-season. He should want to get out of Cleveland at this point.
The really sad part for the Browns and their fans is that they haven't even taken much of a salary cap hit for Watson yet. After this season they would have taken like $60 mill in cap charges total, meaning that $70 plus million has been deferred for future years. Plus the $92 mill they still owe him. So, that's $165 mill roughly of cap charges still to hit their books for Watson.

So you don't start the kid against a middling Dolphins team with a shitty pass rush, but you will against a team with a blitz happy coach and Danielle Hunter/Will Anderson ready to feast?

I'm starting to think Jerod Mayo kinda sucks at this whole head coaching thing.
Or the decision is coming from above him as the organization is looking to give the fans something.

Hopefully, they do what's best for Maye.

What the f*** happened to Breece Hall? He was supposed to be 'bell cow' for the Jets but he's just turned into 'another guy'.

Yes I know the Jets offensive line is bad but for a running back for his caliber, he SHOULD make moves and see the holes but he ain't.

Awful.
they cant run but hes an excellent receiving back. would be really good in reid’s system

DAK MOTHER f***ING PRESCOTT WITH ICE IN HIS VEINS. MASTERCLASS AT THE QB POSITION.

NOBODY GAVE US A SHOT AT THIS GAME. NOBODY. AND......

HOW BOUTTTTTT THEM COWBOYS

Justin Fields now drops to 2-28 when his team allows 20 or more points.

Have to imagine Chef Russ gets the call next week because Fields looked godawful last night. Assuming he's healthy enough to play, that is.

He is just not a good enough passer, and seems to have a severe lack of awareness, he can be a game manager if you have the defense of the 85 Bears, but the ceiling is low, when compared to his raw skills

This is my big takeaway from his career thus far and the game last night. The guy tries to act like he has touch on his deep balls but he just doesn't.

Credit to Tomlin for squeezing enough out of him to get Pittsburgh to 3-2, but he clearly isn't it.

Btw, all of SNF except Maria Taylor, predicted the Cowboys to lose. Votes were 9-1.

I am fine with the change at QB. I just don’t think it’s going to be a game changer with the deficiencies they have offensively. They have 1 WR and his effort at times sucks. The offensive line is hot garbage and they can’t run the ball.

Could a better passing QB help open up the run game though? Are they stacking the box for the run because they don't think Fields can beat them thru the air?

They won't be going to Allen to start. Russ suited up but was he the #3 QB? He didn't come in for Fields last night. Still nursing a calf injury?

Yes, of course I am talking about Russ, they haven't been the most transparent with where he is in his recovery
But, the fact that he didn't come in for Fields last night when Allen did makes me wonder what the heck is up with Russ. 5 weeks with a calf seems strange. Is it something worse? Cause, wasn't he listed as inactive but suited up anyways in like week 1 or something? Was he active last night? Probably not. QB3 can only come in during Q4 unless both guys ahead of him are hurt and can't return.

he was the emergency QB3 last night, I think that if Fields had played poorly sooner Russ would have played by now and Tomlin utilized the injury to avoid making an official decision since Russ was technically declared the starter. Tomlin could always say Russ was not 100% and stick with the "hot hand"
