The biggest payoffs in recent years have been QBs who had tools but needed coaching (Mahomes, Jackson, Allen) as opposed to 'Pro' QBs (Lawrence) from prestigious college programs.

Geno's been the same for the last three seasons. It's hard to repeat 30+ TDs but he was great last year too. He's an excellent starter and his teammates seem to adore him.
