The coming to a stop then lunging forward was the key and lol at the color guy correctly explaining why it should have been a penalty while simultaneously saying he didn't like the call.

Fair. I think Allen absorbs hits so well that sometimes it looks like not a big deal when he gets hit.

That hesitation is what killed the CB there. Had he run through Allen or just stopped, no issue.

Hesitation plus taking Allen to the ground = flag.

Really think it was questionable in both sides. Baltimore could have gotten it back with ~30 seconds left if they stopped that series. One Allen got the first running the clock out is obvious.
