And just like that, we’re a month into the season. But as we all know it’s a week-to-week league. And this is the 4th week. We’re at a point where, you may still be a serious player, but you definitely can be unserious.
Two teams who will assuredly define themselves as unserious are the Cowboys and Giants, who play at the Meadowlands. It’s strange to think the Giants can be, but they won last week, and if they win again they will put the Cowboys at 1-3. Dallas are decidedly favorites though, as they should be

The Eagles found a way to win in New Orleans last week, and now have a playoff revenge game in Tampa Bay. However, they look like they’re without their top two wideouts now and Lane Johnson, which has often spelled trouble. The Bucs had a huge letdown game last week getting blown out by the Denver Fightin’ Bo Nixes.
The Saints got brought down to earth, with a really inexcusable loss at home to a team that tried everything possible to give the game away, now it’s a trip to Atlanta, also coming off a loss.
The Rams pulled one out of their asses last week against the 49ers, now it’s an early trip to Chicago, who, as usual, still need to find themselves on offense.
All of the Bengals losses have been tough, but going 0-4 is almost definitely a death sentence, as only 1 team has made the playoffs after that. As fate would have it, they face their old friend Andy Dalton, who has given a pulse to the Carolina Panthers offense. Bengals still favored but the line has gone down.
Patriots make the trip out west to play the 49ers, surely the 49ers aren’t going to lose 3 in a row, right?
Jayden Daniels put on a show on Monday, and it’s going to be a tough trip out to Arizona on a short week. Should be a track meet with the Cardinals.
The Broncos stayed in West Virginia this week after a big win in Tampa Bay, now they play the Jets who have had 10 days off.
Will Jordan Love be back? That’s a huge game already for the NFC North as nobody thought the Vikings would be 3-0. A win in Green Bay puts them in great position.
The Jaguars go to Houston, two teams who were boatraced last week. The Texans haven’t put a full game together, while another blowout loss will have Doug Pederson in Shad Khan’s crosshairs.
The Steelers look to go 4-0 in Indianapolis, the Colts offense has not been smooth, and they’re gonna have TJ Watt bearing down on Anthony Richardson.
The Chiefs play their first division game, which they just don’t ever lose with Mahomes, and Justin Herbert isn’t healthy. Might be one that’s over early.
The Browns play the Raiders. Luckily Scott Hanson will let us know what happens.
SUNDAY NIGHT
The Bills make a trip to Baltimore after their 47-10 tuning up of the Jaguars. The Ravens got up big on Dallas, but had to hold them off late to preserve a 28-25 win. The Ravens still need to find it, beating an undefeated Bills team, who are not missing Stefon Diggs, will do that.
MONDAY NIGHT
The Titans play at the Dolphins. So glad it’s a double header. The Dolphins are in such a state that the Will Levis-led team was installed as a road favorite, but the line flipped.
Seattle makes the trip to Detroit - that game should be much better. The Seahawks are a surprise at 3-0, sort of, maybe not based on their schedule, while the Lions got a good win in Arizona. The two teams have averaged 80 points in their last 3 meetings, and the Seahawks have lost to the Lions just once since joining the NFC.
