Yes but they need another win (or Falcon/Bucs loss) to officially lock it up.

For the NFC West, all they need now is to clinch strength of victory (need a win by 3 of BUF, MIN, SF, CLE and WSH over the next 2 days).

If the Falcons are 10-7, that means they win the NFC South. They also hold tie-breaker over Rams due to better conference record, so it would be ATL 3rd, LAR 4th in your 4-way 10-7 tie scenario.

The key is that in multi-way tie breakers if two teams are from the same division, the tie is broken between them first. So the Bucs/Falcons and the Rams/Seahawks would have tiebreakers between them broken first before going into a broader tiebreaker.

At most in the NFC you can have an effective 3 way tie breaker even if there are 5 teams at 10-7 to finish the year.

They'd first figure out if the Bucs/Falcons would win the south (would be the Falcons with 2 head to head wins), then figure out if the Rams/Seahawks would win the west (extremely likely to be the rams due to strength of victory). Then figure out which of those two tiebreak losers and the Commies would get the 7 seed.

The Rams need 3 of 5 out of Buffalo, WFT, Minnesota, San Francisco or Cleveland to win to clinch strength of victory tie breaker and thus a playoff spot. Cincinnati winning helped them too. I don’t know if I want to know all those mathematics though.
