Too many QBs in recent years look like God in year 1 and then regress. Stroud just this year did it

No doubt.

It is a shame that RG III is all but forgotten. He was doing the exact same thing with the exact same franchise before his body gave out/Shanahan rode him into the ground in his rookie season.

The last MNF of the year will probaly be a slaughter. The Lions are going to drop 40+ on the Niners out of pure spite.

Hopefully it happens in the first half. Most Lions fans just want to go half-assed and/or pull starters completely.

Unless Detroit and Minnesota ends in a tie next week, tomorrow's game has no significance.

I'm not sure RG3 was ever that good, he made the playoffs alone off Tynes missing 3 ridiculously easy FGS otherwise NYG wins the division that year, RG3 never gets hurt and probably regresses to the norm in 2013 anyway. The read option made Wilson/RG3/Kap seem way better than they were and once the league figured out to just show no mercy and hit them as hard as you can when they try and run all 3 more or less took huge steps back.

For purposes of keeping games entertaining I think WSH ending up 7th is best, and DET winning the division is too. Just think WSH/PHL and TB/MIN LAC/GB are way better games on paper than DET/TB PHI/GB LAC/WSH.

They'll probably have Green Bay and Washington early on Sunday. The #6 and #7 seed is up for grabs.

Plus Barkley going for the new era rushing record. Which I assume he will go for it since it's the Giants.
Barkley has claimed that Sirianni will decide that. Which probably really means that Jeff Stoutland will decide that.

The Bengals playing Saturday and then having to wait a full day to see if winning even mattered is a tough draw.

I get they want to settle the division on a Saturday double header…but yuck.

The Saturday double-header idea is moronic. Every team should be playing Sunday period on Week 18.

Daniels’ composure is just ridiculous. When he’s on the sidelines in the end moments of tight games it looks like he’s waiting for a bus or something

I am surprised the Bengals game is on Saturday. You would think they would want that game going on at the same time as KC-DEN.

The Bengals result doesn't matter too much as far as wildcard goes. It's win and in for Broncos, and then in the event of ties the Dolphins are ahead of Bengals.

So by virtue of the Dolphins playing at the same time as the Broncos nothing can be decided ahead of time.

Bengals matchup matters more for the AFC North, although I suspect the Ravens will have it wrapped up before that game kicks off.

I am so disappointed. Obviously, Seattle should have taken care of its own business, but I am super disappointed in the other birds (Cardinals, Falcons).

I wanted to believe Seattle could have 9 (or 7 or whatever number of games it was) things go their way next week.

Also, I really like birds and will never be a Commanders fan.

At least I can be all in on the Eagles and I am remaining hopeful that the Jets and Chiefs win next week and that the Bengals win too!

Seattle needs to draft or get another QB in the offseason. Geno Smith served his time but his costly turnovers cost Seattle this season.

Also, some games the Seahawks should’ve won like the Giants game and the Vikings game.

Tough for the lions that their biggest game of the season vs Vikings will be played on a short week with a flight home from SF.

Barkley has claimed that Sirianni will decide that. Which probably really means that Jeff Stoutland will decide that.
Eagles should rest Lane Johnson for sure. No reason to risk Barkley. Can’t advance past 2 seed if Detroit wins vs SF.
