I’m not going to say anything until it’s official…but you won’t believe how the other semifinal in my league might end.

Alright…here we go.

My best friend was in the other semi final. The matchup ended tied and he lost on the tie breaker (QB points).

Strap in for this one.

1. Swift ended with 79 rushing yards. 1 more and he’d have won. He was stopped on 4th and 1 twice. Also had a TD overturned because a player didn’t declare himself eligible.

2. He lost on another tie two weeks ago. If he’d have had more QB a
points that week he would have ended up facing the opponent I did…and winning today easily.

3. And this is, by far, what makes it the worst self-inflicted bad beat it could be…. He never took Njouku out of his lineup. Half a point would have put him in the championship…he left a 4 point day and a 2 point day from backup TEs on his bench

We are recording a podcast tomorrow morning about Speak No Evil and its remake. I don’t know how to do that without spending the entire time talking about this.

Raiders keep tanking!

That was almost caught by the Raiders
First one was legit close. Second one the Raiders receivers had not gotten set when the ball got to the end zone. Took like 30 seconds between the first and second down snap. A throw away there and you have 20 plus seconds more.

Raiders, lost too much time on that first play of the drive that got them 2 yards. If the clock runs it better be for double digit yardage.

My sick joke of a fantasy season mercifully comes to an end tonight, had the most points in the league by over 100, 300 more than the guy in front of me, and still finished out of the playoffs. Still shaking my head in disbelief.

The Giants have done a wonderful job tanking by putting warm bodies out of the scrap pile at QB.

That is still nothing compared to the Raiders. They are just tanking Gods. They field so many nobodies and trash at the QB position that it's just unfair for the other teams trying to suck.

Insane to think how close this game would have been without Atl killing LV on special teams. 2 short fields due to block punts for a TD and FG.
