As long as Justin Jefferson doesn’t put up -20 points for me tomorrow night…my ridiculous fantasy season will roll into the championship game.

All my controversial roster moves failed. I left three 22+ point performances on my bench. One over 30…guys no one would have taken out. I overthought matchups vs studs who were underperforming and it should have burned me…but my opponent had the worst day he almost possibly could. Barkley, Chuba, Jennings, Montgomery all busted for him. His defense gave him negative 2. My lineup just underperformed in most spots…didn’t bust everywhere.

Got away with one.

Can’t wait to find out if I learned my lesson next week

They were playing against an awful offense with a QB who is not a realistic NFL starter.
You mean a QB who threw for 497 yards against the Broncos 2 games ago? The only reason that Winston is not starting for a good team is that he throws too many picks and is a douche. But the guy can fling it better than most.

In hindsight, it would probably have been wise for the Lions to have worked in some kind of guarantee that they would get a Super Bowl win out of their deal with the devil.

I assume he means Campbell for the 49ers. The team suspended him for the rest of the year.
Base salary is low as he got most of his money as a SB. $3.35 mill in SB and $1.2 mill in base. So, $60K per game for the final 3 games in base salary. SB covers term of the deal, and in Spotrac, his SB is showing to be prorated over 5 years. I don't think SF can go after that since he hasn't "left" the team.

As a lifelong Lions fan, I shouldn't be surprised that the Lions are suffering arguably one of the worst strings of injuries in NFL history during their best season in the Superbowl era. I'm usually an optimistic fan but their Superbowl chances are turning into dust.

Not only are they battling PHI for #1 seed, but also Minny for the Division if Minny takes care of Chicago tonight. Both at 12-2. And they meet in the final game of the season.
Minny @ SEA, Home to GB, @ Det (2 NFC losses)
Det @ Chi, @ SF, home to Min (1 NFC loss and 1 FAC loss)

Phi has divisional games to close it out with Wash, Dal, NYG. (2 NFC losses)

Defence is hurting in Det.

That's kind of why no good team wants him as a starter. And really, why he hasn't landed a starter role elsewhere either. He is a turnover machine. Way too much up and down for a HC to deal with.

That Denver, was the ultimate Winston game. He threw for 497, but his 3 picks went for like 170 or more yards the other way vs Denver.

I was reading the Eagles forum over here earlier. A user stated they would feel sorry for Detroit if they didn't go through the same thing during their super bowl run.

Didn't say anything but couldn't help but laugh.

And at least 2 of the Rams 3 games are realtively easy opponents.
SEA with a 1 game lead. But, it's going to come down to the final game of the season @ LA.
SEA has Minny at home (who is coming off a short MNF week), then road to Chicago and road to LA
Rams have at Jets, home to Cards and home to Seattle.

So long as the Rams are within a game, in week 18, it comes down to that game. Rams won the 1st game vs Seattle.

Agree on Winston. Certainly top end talent but pew wee brain and personality.
