And one of the top QB ceilings is Daniel Jones, blah

I hate the stroud comp for sanders, even as a high end. Taylor is probably more like his median outcome or maybe even his ceiling than his floor. He has a very bad arm and that will hold him back from ever being anything resembling Stroud.

Really have to take comparisons with a grain of salt, I know @Chainshot really hates doing it with hockey players.

I don’t mind the Stroud comparison. Sanders goes through reads and progressions at NFL speed already and throws a very accurate ball. Both of those are traits Stroud showed at Ohio State, so I get why he got used as the comparison.

Miami's defense is offering little resistance to Green Bay so far. The one time their defense held.....Miami's special teams went belly up.

Thoroughly enjoying this one so far.

Can see here why Dodson got dropped, thats why you also take PFF grades with a grain of salt.

I said a "healthy " . I'll take a rusty Milano . Do you remember what King Henry did to our back ups?
I agree with the first part. But Milano is not a run stuffing LB either, more of a sideline to sideline, gap filler, pass overage guy. Not that I would not mind having those going to the playoffs.

I see Sanders as a Chad Pennington-type that can actually move around in the pocket, when he senses the pass rush. Pea shooter for an arm, but accurate.

I think he's also got some Tua in him in that he does best if he stays on script and in rhythm.

Milano won't stuff the run, but he plays with excellent instincts and is a good tackler, that's going to help on the margins. Make a 5 yard run a 3 yard run, a 8 yard run a 5 yard run, etc...which will help force opposing offenses into passing situations more which feeds into the strength of our defense.

He will not over run as much and take as many bad angles as Williams as well. Hoping he can stay healthy now.

If Packers keep it up and Bills win, looks like it’ll be the third earliest a team has clinched the East. First was the Pats in Week 11 in their undefeated season. Second was the Dolphins in Week 12 in their undefeated season.

Moving on from Poyer was smart. He sticks out like a thore thumb on a lot of big plays.
Was there a single player we moved on from this offseason that we really miss? Maybe Diggs (assuming he wouldn't have been hurt), but getting Cooper midseason helps fill that void anyways.

Patriots was in a 16 game season, Dolphins in a 14 game season. More games makes it harder to clinch sooner, since the 2nd place team has an "extra" game available to chase down the leader.

He definitely does not have a huge arm. But you can win a Super Bowl with a QB who can read the field and throw the ball on time and on target.

Miami needs to do a house cleaning. It was evident after their collapse last year that this team can't win against above average teams.. What a great Thanksgiving night this is shaping out to be.

Miami has nothing outside of their fastball, and the OL isn’t good enough to sustain 10+ play drives when teams are forcing Tua and co. to nickel and dime their way down the field

Like I felt beforehand, CBS saw the ratings that KC-BUF got and they were never letting this game get flexed.

People forgot that CBS gets to protect one game per week,

The only scenario where it was getting flexed was put out there by Matt Bove who said the NFL could have told CBS that we will guarantee you KC-BUF in 2025 if you let us flex this game.
