More asinine game management. Bills clearly the better team so far but only a 7 point lead because of weird coaching decisions.
Give me a f***ing break. What weird coaching decisions other than the Hail mary, which is like 5% at best to work?

Not running a qb sneak when the Bills got called for a bullshit penalty? You have to be able to show something else, the Bills have been stopped in that s couple of times already the last couple of weeks. The problem was the bullshit penalty call, not the play call.

I agree. This is such a good team and everyone is being so negative. All the talk is we have to essentially play perfect to win this game. Our defense is good. We are good in close games. Our coaches are good. Lot of overblown pessimism (not directed at Husko)

-Not running a QB sneak or some run play was asinine
-Not saying something when they mispotted the ball by 5 yards maybe not asinine but what are you doing if not catching that that’s your job.
-Calling a down the field shot (that nonetheless wouldn’t have resulted in an TD) instead of a 5 yard out was asinine.
-Not letting Bass attempt a long field goal or trying a Hail Mary and instead throwing a screen play was asinine

No tush push was dumb but still fine, and obvs the penalty was BS. No hail Mary is whatever, everything there is low percentage. I dunno why you don't just let Bass boot that, though. Not like missing it would be worse for his confidence than the 24 yard whiff. Maybe worried about the turf?

Overall a great start for both sides of the ball, and the D-line was getting its mojo back a bit towards the end of the second. Bills with a lead against anyone in the league going into the second is a very good thing.

I think Bass is rightly criticized and I was talking about changing the kickers when he sucked last postseason.

You're insane.

I don't even know what you're taking about with half of these.

It was 3rd and 1 and they would have gone for it on 4th from there. I have no issue with a pass if they think it's open.

If that throw down the field was complete it would have been out of bounds with time on the clock to kick a much easier fg than a 5 yard out would have created...if the Lions were even giving up the 5 yard out in the first place.

If he's short it can be returned too, and the trajectory has to be low so there's a greater than average chance to get it blocked as well. It's far from no risk to kick.
