No dude. The only reason the clock won't stop is if it's determined the forward progress spot was established in bounds and he went backwards to get out of bounds.

I’m hoping that this team will target speed on their defense with some size at some point. It’s one thing when you want to build a smaller defense with smaller guys to be quicker, but you actually have to get speed with those guys.
