This should put an end to all this gibberish about The U's schedule. Hopefully the committee is aware of this (I'm sure they are) and rank accordingly.

I also think ESPN realizes The U, with Cam Ward would be a rating hit & a rematch of "Catholics Vs. Convicts" in a playoff situation would be ratings gold. :yo:

2 of those are 6-6 Cal and USF, 1 7-5 Florida and 1 8-4 Louisville. Alabama 8-4 LSU. I would say LSU is the best of those wins but having only 1 isn't good. BYU has road wins over 11-1 SMU and 8-4 Baylor so better than both of those teams but somehow many spots lower. By the way Tennessee road wins against bowl teams are 6-6 Vandy and Oklahoma, worst of the bunch but highest rated of the bunch. That win over Alabama is the only good thing on their resume and BYU road wins over SMU is so much better.

I would definitely consider BYU for that last at large spot, but the committee won't because they're not from the SEC or Big 10, not s big name brand, and because the Big 12 has been seen as the weakest of the power 4 conferences this year.
Big 12 lost some big ones this year but its on par or better than the ACC.
