Tampa, FL.
The committee is much more lenient on losses, provided you only have 1 or I guess 2 now, when you have stronger wins.
And yet Bama and Mississippi have 3. They'll be ahead of some 2 loss teams no doubt, but not those from a power 4 conference with just 1.

I guess we’ll see. It’s uncharted waters.

The question they always asked on the networks is what do you think happens if they lined up on a neutral field? Indiana would be double digit underdogs against both.

Not the way both have been playing this season. Indiana beat who they had in.front of them aside from Ohio St. Mississippi lost at home to 4-7 Kentucky and Bama has lost to two unranked opponents. Neither of them is deserving at all.

Also… if Clemson beats South Carolina this weekend.. do they get in over a 3 L SEC team?

The way I see it right now barring something f***ing crazy.

Texas
Georgia
Tennessee
Indiana
Oregon
Ohio State
Penn State
Notre Dame
SMU
Miami
Boise/Tulane
B12 winner

It wouldn’t really make sense but maybe Clemson or a 3 L SEC team gets in over the loser of the ACC title game?

Speculation is that as long as The U beats the Cuse and does not get blown out by SMU they'll make it to the CFP. I'd be rather upset if Clemson got in over The U just by not having to play in the ACCTG.

I don’t think Miami can get left out at this point unless Cam Ward gets hurt. Either game would be a good enough loss.

Yeah I think what I wrote is probably the most accurate unless something wild happens this weekend or A&M wins the SEC title game.

Well there are people like Haether Dinich that are already lobbying for a 3 loss SEC team to make the CFP and the fact that Alabama only dropped to #13 in the AP after getting boat raced by Oklahoma is very concerning. Right now I don't trust the process enough to be comfy with a loss still getting us in.

They also had a bunch of teams behind them lose, so they can only drop so much. 6 spots is a lot. Are they worse than Arizona State?
