They've been mid at best since I moved here. And before that they were bad. They have won like 1 playoff game in 10 years.

Jefferson finishes with 2 catches for 27 yards but still has a huge impact on the game. The attention and coverage he gets allows Addison (162 yards ) and Hockenson (114 yards) to get a lot of one-on-one coverage. Also drew two big DPI calls.

Big game from Darnold against a good defense. No mistakes today and converted some important third and longs.

Caleb looked a lot better for the Bears as well. Very elusive as the Vikings were close but just couldn't corral him.

Vikings survive to move to 9-2. But we have to do a much better job of closing games out, as this will inevitably cost us if we don't get it fixed. 4th and 1 on the opposing 36 up 14 with 10 minutes to go, run the ball. DO NOT line up in shotgun with an empty backfield. And special teams sucked the last 2 minutes with the long kickoff return and botched onside kick recovery.

Happy for the win, and the Bears showed great fight not giving up after last week's devastating loss, but we have to get better at closing out opponents when we have a 4th quarter lead.
