Awful clock management by Cleveland there. That play clock had to get near 0 before they snapped it (or committed a clock stopping penalty)

I assume Pittsburgh declined the 10 second runoff instead of the officials just forgetting about it....

Now PIttsburgh wastes 40 seconds by not calling timeout either after 3rd down. What you think Cleveland's actually going for it?
